Gearbox DAO

The proposal as submitted by lewi on Gearbox DAO governance forum, aims to enact the initial technical multisig with a signer count of 6/9. The proposal will take > 72 hours and the voting choice must have a quorum of >2% of total supply of GEAR.

Technical Multisig will not have a timelock function just yet, to function as an emergency multisig in the first few weeks / months of the protocol being live. Each person on the list has a technical background / is currently on a different dev team.

Before the conclusion of the voting time, selected members would need to present a secure wallet they will be using for the multisig role, which will together be added to the technical multisig Gnosis Safe in case the DAO approves this proposal.
