[GIP-208] LP feeds bounds upgrade

Summary
LP price feeds on Gearbox have upper and lower bound to protect the protocol from manipulation attacks. However, when the underlying vault exceeds the upper bound, it can harm UX, as the price feed will return capped value, underpricing the asset, so it’s needed to update bounds with some frequency. It’s proposed to update upper and lower bound on LP price feeds.
