Summary

We propose to pledge 3% of the total supply of GCR tokens, or 300,000 GCR tokens, from the GCR community treasury to the Seed Club Treasury.

In exchange for this, in addition to program and network support, GCR DAO will be rewarded with membership & ownership in Seed Club as well.

Motivation

GCR DAO, when initially launched in April 2021, signed up to be part of Seed Club (https://seedclub.xyz/) for their Accelerator Program in its Cohort 2 batch.

We agreed to engage with Seed Club in return for 3% of total token supply and this was laid out in the GCR Tokenomics Page- https://globalcoinresearch.com/2021/08/27/gcr-tokenomics/

Specification

GCR DAO, when initially launched, was part of Seed Club (https://seedclub.xyz/) for their Cohort 2. Seed Club is a 6 week cohort based program that brings together a network of social token, web3, DAO and creative economy pioneers and experts to help design, launch and grow social token-based projects.

Seed Club has been immensely helpful in bringing GCR to where we are today. The Seed Club community continued to create value beyond the 6-week program through participating and supporting our community.

We agreed back in April 2021 to engage with Seed Club in return for 3% of total token supply and this was laid out in the Tokenomics Page- https://globalcoinresearch.com/2021/08/27/gcr-tokenomics/ Total supply of GCR is 10million tokens. A 3% commitment is equivalent to 300,000 GCR tokens.

In exchange for this, in addition to program and network support, GCR DAO will be rewarded with membership & ownership in Seed Club as well.
