[GP17] Treasury Multisig Update
This proposal suggests changing one Multisig signer, Anne Well, due to no longer being able to participate as the Multisig signer for various personal reasons, and a change of a wallet address for our Multisig signer Boyang from P12.
Abstract:
The current Multisig signer Anne Well can no longer participate as a Multisig signer due to personal reasons. Therefore, it is in the best interest of the DAO to replace this signer and add a new signer to ensure and maintain the effectiveness of the Multisig.
Also, the current Multisig signer’s Boyang from P12 wallet address will be replaced by another wallet address, as requested by the signer.
Changes to be implemented:
- Anne Well to be replaced as a Multisig signer by Joanna from the Galxe team.
- Boyang from P12 wallet address to be replaced by another wallet address controlled by the signer.
The updated Multisig signer list is as follows:
Mani - Galxe Team Boyang - Project Twelve Steven Lei - Galxe Community Joanna - Galxe Team Shiyu - CyberConnect Mable - STEPN Fico - Galxe Team Hiker - Galxe Community Tian - Galxe Team
These Multisig signer changes are necessary to continue the seamless operation of the Treasury Multisig and the Galxe DAO.
