Abstract

This proposal requests funding from the Galxe DAO treasury to support the rewards for the Galxe Community Space’s first season, running from May 1st to June 30th, 2023. The requested budget is $45,000 in GAL tokens, which will be distributed to reward users for participating in various loyalty campaigns within the Galxe Community Space during Season 1.

Motivation

The Galxe Community Space serves as a platform for hosting loyalty campaigns that aim to engage users and encourage active participation in the Galxe ecosystem. By rewarding users with GAL tokens, we can increase community engagement, build loyalty, and foster a sense of unity among Galxe users. The campaigns will be curated by the Galxe operational team and the Space Cadets (Galxe Contributors), ensuring that they are in line with the community’s needs and goals.

Overview

The proposed funding will be utilized to reward users who participate in the loyalty campaigns within the Galxe Community Space during Season 1. Participants will earn loyalty points for completing tasks in each campaign. At the end of the season, the total reward pool of GAL tokens will be distributed to participants proportionally based on the loyalty points they accumulated. Every single participant will be eligible to receive GAL rewards if they have loyalty points in the Galxe Community Space during Season 1.

Scope

This proposal covers the rewards for Season 1 of the Galxe Community Space, which will last from May 1st to June 30th, 2023. The funds will be used exclusively for rewarding participants in the loyalty campaigns.

Success Criteria

The success criteria for this proposal are as follows:

Increased user engagement and participation in the loyalty campaigns. Positive feedback from the community on the campaigns and rewards. Growth in Galxe’s user base and overall ecosystem. A higher sense of loyalty and unity among Galxe users.

Timeline/Budget

The requested budget for this proposal is $45,000 in GAL tokens. The rewards will be distributed at the end of Season 1, on June 30th, 2023. The Galxe Space Cadets will work together with the Galxe operations team to design and launch multiple loyalty campaigns during this period.
