Season One Kickoff

Season One includes:
- Changing the minimum number of tokens required to retain the FWB role from 50 $FWB to 55$FWB.
- Ratifying the Community Manifesto. (https://fwb.help/Manifesto)
- Ratifying all Season One channel upgrades.
- Utilizing SoureCred to reward active contributors with $FWB on a monthly basis. (https://hospitaltapes.github.io/SourceCred/#/explorer)
Other aspects of Season One are likely to be implemented, with this proposal being used to show alignment on the above changes, and all aspects of the Season One post.
