Updating the Communication Committee's Compensation

This proposal is to clarify and amend the previous communications committee proposal, specifically to clarify the compensation of communications committee members.
In the previous communication committee proposal, it was stated the members would receive 2 Jupiter tokens, which at the time of proposal was roughly $500 ($250 per Jupiter token). The proposal also mentions that a new proposal could be brought forth in the event that the value of planets dropped.
“The DAO currently owns 2,235 Jupiter tokens, and as of today, each is valued at 0.08 ETH (or approximately $250 USD). With no more than five (5) committee representatives serving at any time, this equates to 10 Jupiter tokens per month, or 120 per year. Furthermore, as of today’s value, this equates to approximately $500 per month in value that each Committee representative will receive. This will be the target compensation for a Committee representative and may be adjusted from time to time through a separate FDIP (or through delegation to a Finance Committee in the future) should the market value of the Jupiter tokens materially change.”
As of 7/24/22, the Jupiter planet is currently worth $72 per Jupiter or roughly $140 per month. This is substantially less compensation than what was intended to provide our committee members.
I propose setting the compensation for each committee member to $500 worth of Jupiter tokens at the time of each pay period (the 1st of the month). I also believe the committee members should be retroactively awarded the full June and July compensation amount. This would equate to an additional 6 Jupiters tokens each for MelvinCapital, Zentensivist, and WestCoastWalker, to be awarded upon this proposal passing.
The Communications Committee has provided a great service and value to the Founders DAO community. The amount of work each member has contributed is far beyond the $140 per month that is currently being awarded to each member. Also, with the addition of Bevs and Villiansky, the comms committee has added significant talent, which will only increase the quality and speed of our content and support.
I ask that the community support this proposal and vote yes to set compensation to the original intention of $500 of Jupiter tokens per month.
