Requirements: If this proposal is approved, the Founders DAO will authorize the wallet executor(s) of the Pixel Vault Founder’s DAO wallet (foundersdao.eth, which corresponds to wallet 0x580a96bc816c2324bdff5eb2a7e159ae7ee63022) to sell the necessary amount of ApeCoin ($APE) from the DAO’s treasury on a decentralized exchange (DEX) such as Uniswap in order to obtain the funds needed to purchase the pass.
Reasoning/Benefits: The Founders DAO is seeking to diversify its assets in the Vault by adding assets from different ecosystems. The InfiniGods Universe holds Noxious-0 and IH was also featured in the InfiniMerge Community Event with a PV pricepool. The Ultimate Pass offers exclusive benefits such as airdropped NFTs for every InfiniGods release, enhanced gameplay boosts and power-ups, access to the Roundtable and game development team, and special NFT drops. These benefits could potentially provide longterm value to the DAO and its members.
