Proposal: Setup Multisig on Arbitrum Nova
Send 0.1eth to 0x38150B03d62BEA171881EbBFafd74CE5F8C71A7d (SanLeo hot wallet) on Ethereum network. These funds will be bridged to Arbitrum Nova to setup a multisig with the same signers as the current Ethereum multisig. Then, via the Ethereum multisig, bridge 1 eth directly to the new Arbitrum Nova multisig. Finally, execute a transaction on the Arbitrum Nova multisig to disperse 0.05eth to each of the 6 FDAO signers (excluding gfunk) to allow for gas costs in future use. Any remaining funds from SanLeo hot wallet will be sent to the Arbitrum Nova safe at the end.
In any future proposals to change signers on the FDAO Ethereum multisig, these changes should also be replicated on the FDAO multisig on Arbitrum Nova and vice versa.
Benefits: With Reboot/BP launching on Arbitrum Nova, we want to be ready for any potential asset migration plans, claiming of GG, or any reboot/bp related task that could arise for FDAO. This will allow the multisig team to be ready for the future.
