Buy a Chromie Squiggle for up to 20 ETH

The art blocks curated genesis project Chromie Squiggle by Snowfro is becoming a symbol for the space and it should be a must for any larger DAO to own one. I suggest we allocate up to 20 ETH to buy one. This is a budget roughly ~6 ETH above floor at the time of writing, but I feel that this is necessary due to the risk that the floor rises before this passes or that we get front run. It’s also nice if we have a few to pick between so that we can get a real nice one.
