SUMMARY: The DAO currently has an offer for 6 WETH on its NFT art piece, “ Queen of Punks”. This proposal aims to accept this offer and sell the art to the highest bidder.
DETAILS: “Queen of PUNKS”: https://opensea.io/item/ethereum/0xb932a70a57673d89f4acffbe830e8ed7f75fb9e0/24404 Avereth has been talking to the bidders on this piece in dms and has negotiated a price of 6 WETH for it. The bidder known as @lennmann will put an offer of 6 WETH on the piece for the duration of 14 days on OpenSea. This will enable us to approve the proposal and enough time for the multisig team to execute and carry out the acceptance of the offer on Open Sea. If that is the desired outcome of the DAO. This will help the DAO secure some extra funds to ensure we have enough to pay our bills and dev fees during our transition to a social club and distribution of assets. We may need extra funds to pay for a dev to build a raffle system to distribute our treasuries assets etc. Depends on what the community decides. The DAO can create a final proposal on what to do with our remaining treasury at a later date.
On approval of this proposal, Avereth will organise the MS team and the buyer to complete the sale of the piece for 6 WETH.

The 6 WETH will get swapped into USDC upon receipt and transferred to the sundry.foundersdao.eth wallet. BENEFITS This benefits the DAO by securing some extra funds to cover our winding down costs and payments for dev services for potential upcoming work. DRAWBACKS: Some community members may prefer to see the art find a better home than to a flipper.
