Elect to have Gooniebrad (https://twitter.com/gooniebrad), JuicyJama (https://twitter.com/JuicyJama_), and Wiggles (https://twitter.com/WigglesCEO) serve for an additional 12 months on the Communications Committee.

DETAILS

Gooniebrad, JuicyJama, and Wiggles’ terms on the Communications committee expire on 5 December 2023. This proposal seeks to have all three continue to serve on the committee for another 12-month term, until 5 December 2024. If not reappointed to the Communications Committee, the committee will fall below the minimum threshold of membership of three members. If not reappointed the Communications Committee is threatened with dissolution.

Gooniebrad: Hey founders, goonie here. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the communications committee thus far and hope y’all see value in my position. My main responsibilities have been posting snapshot-related announcements on both X and Discord along with day-to-day X content that keeps our community in people’s minds and showcases our future potential, which hopefully entices new members to join the DAO. My election for another term will continue to see great engagement from X content. Once BattlePlan! launches you can expect I will be focused on turning BP! & PVFD engagement into new members of our vibrant community. With all the activity fast approaching regarding reboot/BP/$gg, having solid communications will be essential.

JuicyJama: Hey fam Juicy Jama here, most of you know me. A day 1 comic minter, I have been interested in Pixel Vault from the get-go. I always wanted to buy a second comic to burn for PVFD which I never got around to. Was finally able to join the family last year, and it has quickly become my web3 home. My professional background is in I.T. specifically networking and cyber security. I have always been obsessed with gadgets and technology. Always trying to learn a new skill. In 2021 I started creating some NFT content which eventually led to some PVFD members asking if I could help create Moonlings. The rest is history. I have built some incredible connections and more importantly friendships in the community and look forward to getting to know more of you. I have had the pleasure of working with some community members to make tools like the DOT Builder, the MetaHero Tailor, etc. If accepted for this role, I would continue to use my skills to create a content schedule and create content for the official DAO’s X account. To help educate the Founder’s DAO messaging across the world, as well as create some fun engaging content where possible. Looking forward to the future and seeing what this community is capable of 🤝

Wiggles: Dear Committee Members, I’ve greatly enjoyed my time on the Founders DAO Communications Committee, where I’ve had the opportunity to enhance our communications strategy. This experience along with my time on the Core Committee has deepened my understanding of our community’s needs and has allowed me to effectively see our broader goals. With this background, I am eager to propose the continuation of my role, along with an expansion of my responsibilities:

1. Hosting Monthly Spaces: Committing to monthly Spaces sessions focused on substantive, relevant discussions for the DAO.
2. Content Strategy and Development: Utilizing my affiliate marketing experience to help lead our content strategies and align them with our DAO’s objectives (meme’s ftw).
3. Weekly Threads and DAO Newsletter: Writing weekly threads and contributing to a DAO newsletter (Beehiiv) to keep our community informed across various platforms.
4. Exploring Outreach and Partnerships: Actively seeking new outreach and partnership opportunities to expand our influence in the Web3 space. I am committed to maintaining and elevating the quality of our communications and look forward to discussing any further ideas or requirements the committee may have. POSITIVES

Gooniebrad, JuicyJama, and Wiggles have a significant presence in the PV community and provide tangible and intangible benefits to not only PVFD token holders but the PV community as a whole. Having them return to the Communications Committee provides continuity, demonstrated effort, and a known production. Without filling the minimum three-member spots on the Communications Committee, the committee will be dissolved.

COSTS

Monthly disbursement of $500 USD in $ETH to each member.
