Purchase core identity Strobe-1 for 27E from FDAO member @0xfinity from the Pixel Vault marketplace.

Requirements:

Upon successful passing of this proposal, the Founders DAO hereby grants the wallet executor(s) of the Pixel Vault Founder’s DAO wallet (foundersdao.eth, which correlates directly to wallet 0x580a96bc816c2324bdff5eb2a7e159ae7ee63022), to execute the sale of the necessary amount of ApeCoin ($APE) from it’s treasury on a qualifying decentralized exchange (DEX) such as Uniswap in order to receive 27ETH necessary for the purchase of Strobe-1. The purchase of Strobe-1 is to be fixed in the amount of 27ETH and will require prior agreement from Founders DAO member @0xfinity, whom currently owns Strobe-1. @0xfinity will also be requested to list the item directly on the Pixel Vault marketplace prior to the execution of the APE/ETH trade.

Reasoning/Benefits:

As a DAO, we are lacking a diverse treasury of assets in our own Pixel Vault ecosystem. We’re currently heavy on assets that are not tangential to the success of Pixel Vault. For the purpose of this sale, it’s worth noting that the DAO is holding 26,811.9 $APE, equivalent to $116,899.88 at the time of writing this proposal. We would be selling an estimated 9,803.42 (36.56369%) of our $APE holdings to own core intellectual property. The Founders DAO currently holds a single core identity. Prior to the release of the beta game later this year, and knowing that rental mechanics will be in play, it would seem wise for us to invest in the core intellectual property of our own ecosystem and utilize it in the future lending/leasing system. Furthermore, the asset in question is from the planet Mercury, which is an integral and early part of the future gameplay mechanics of the Inhabitants Universe.
