Renewing DAO owned ENS names

This proposal seeks the approval of the DAO to allow the multisig team to execute the required transactions needed in order to extend the ENS names foundersdao.eth and pvfd.eth for a period of 3 years each. The latter name expires at the end of the month so extending both now just makes sense. Being a web3 native entity that trades often, having a human-readable name has its obvious security benefits, not to mention the cultural ones.
