Founders DAO

Founders’ DAO (hereinafter “FDAO”) shall distribute all GG to FDAO Members (hereinafter “Members”) proportionate to the number of FDAO NFTs (hereinafter “NFTs”) they hold. In calculating the GG to distribute to Members, the percentage of GG per NFT shall be based on the total number of NFTs held by members; the FDAO NFTS held by FDAO shall not receive an allotment of GG and shall not be considered when calculating the distribution.

FDAO shall take a snapshot of NFT holders on the first of each month, beginning February 1, 2025, at noon Eastern Standard or Daylight Time, whichever is applicable on the day of the snapshot. FDAO shall distribute via airdrop all liquid GG to Members proportionate to the number of NFTs in their wallets as soon as is practicable after each snapshot. Additionally, FDAO shall, on a monthly basis when implementing GG Airdrops to Members, take all necessary steps to convert illiquid GG each month to GG that can be airdropped to Members. As part of this proposal, the signers of the FDAO multisig wallet shall have the authority to calculate and implement GG airdrops, shall take all actions necessary to speed the vesting of GG to make it liquid (with the specific exception of rage quitting UPDAO Planet tokens for GG), and shall have the authority spend FDAO funds necessary to implement this Proposal. In regard to the spending FDAO funds to implement this proposal, such funds may include the cost of the airdrops, the cost of hiring a developer to set up the multisig transactions, and other reasonable incidental expenses not to exceed $500 USD per month or its ETH equivalent as of the first day of each month.

Generally, the purpose of this proposal is to promote Blockchain Gaming and the Decentralized Governance of REBOOT DAO (hereinafter “REBOOT.”) The ethos of FDAO includes community participation and decentralized decision making; this proposal is consistent with these goals. FDAO is heavily invested in and wants to promote the success of Blockchain Gaming via REBOOT. GG is the governance token key to REBOOT’s future viability and vitality. In order to help ensure the success of REBOOT, FDAO seeks to engage and empower Members to help actively govern REBOOT and participate in the REBOOT Blockchain Gaming ecosystem. This will be achieved by placing more of the REBOOT Governance power in the hands of Members, who are best able to actively participate in and promote the success of REBOOT.
