Claim APE Tokens and sell 1/3 for liquidity

The PVFD has 3 BAYC. We also only have ~1.4 ETH at the time of this proposal and we need more liquidity. This proposal is to claim all our BAYC APE tokens and sell 1/3. At current prices, this would provide roughly 28 ETH in liquidity for the DAO, and then we would still have ~20K APE tokens.
A YES vote will proceed to claim and sell 1/3 of our BAYC APE tokens. A NO vote will result in no action.
