GOAL: Finally provide value to the esteemed members of the Founders DAO.

SUMMARY:

1: Hire an artist and dev to create a “Las Vegas Experience” (LVE NFT) NFT and airdrop to all PVFD holders. 2: Holders of the newly created NFT will have 3 options: -Option 1: Redeem 5 LVE NFT’s for a new NFT (LVE IRL NFT) that will serve as their “ticket” to the IRL Las Vegas experience (more details below) -Option 2: Redeem any number of LVE NFT’s for a new NFT ($GG TOKEN POD) that will drip $GG to holders proportional to to the number of GG TOKEN POD NFT’S they hold (Think WG pouches) on 2 year linear drip. Mechanics to be worked through with San Leo. -Option 3: Do nothing with your LVE NFT forfeit both benefits but keep the worthless NFT.

NOTE: Airdrop will take place in approximately 1 month to give time for people to acquire the PVFD tokens needed to qualify for the IRL experience. You must have owned at least 1 PVFD on the snapshot date of 3/1/2025 in order to qualify for IRL trip.

LAS VEGAS INFORMATION FOR LVE IRL HOLDERS:

The plan is simple: land in Vegas, raise hell, and leave with stories too wild to tell in polite company. The nights will be soaked in whiskey and neon, the tables stacked with high-risk bets and bad decisions. Strippers and showgirls, guns fired off in the desert just for the sound of it, and a trail of receipts that make no damn sense. The city is waiting, ready to chew us up and spit us out—hungover, broke, and grinning like maniacs. We liquidate the DAO

SPECIFICATION:

1: 125E will be the budget for the Las Vegas experience. These funds can be used for any activities decided by the committee. Funds will either be transferred to the committee members or will be paid directly to fund the activities. 2: Separate informal proposal to nominate the planning committee. Ideally 3-4 PVFD members. If a clear agreement cannot be reached @AERON and @SCOOT will be the default nominees and will have power to nominate whoever else, they see fit. 3: Dates TBD (Final dates set by committee) but sometime in late Summer/Early Fall 2025 4: Depending on number of commits, members may get a travel stipend in the form of ETH/USDC or directly paid to hotel. 5: round trip tickets to be provided for Avereth

Go full baller with a $20K luxury golf experience—because nothing says “I’m winning” like overpriced grass and tiny white balls. 3 PM - Check-in • Recommended: Wynn/Encore or Venetian/Palazzo—since most of the debauchery is at Wynn/Encore, staying close is your best bet. 5-6:30 PM - Cocktail Hour Meet & Greet (Wynn Ballroom - $10K) • Open bar, handshakes, and sizing up who’s gonna be the first to tap out. 7 PM - Dinner at Delilah Supper Club ( $25K) • Fine dining, fancy drinks, and probably the last time everyone will look respectable this trip. 9 PM - FD Takes Over the Wynn/Encore Tables • The house thinks it always wins. Let’s see about that. 11 PM - XS Nightclub Takeover ($100K - Multiple tables, bottle service) • Champagne showers, bad decisions, and the moment you realize you’re definitely not making your 10 AM meeting on Monday. 3 AM - After Party • For the true degenerates who scoff at the concept of sleep.

Day 2: Recovery is for the Weak 10 AM - 4 PM - Encore Beach Club ($100K - Multiple cabanas, bottle service, food, and fun) • Sun, beats, and probably an existential crisis about why you’re drinking tequila at noon. 9 PM - Late Dinner ($25K) • Because no one is making it to dinner before then. 11 PM - FD Takes Over the Wynn/Encore Tables (Again) • Double down or cry trying. 3 AM - After Party • See you there if you survived.

DRAWBACKS: Most liquid funds for the DAO will be exhausted save for ~25E that would cover legal fees and dev work.
