Develop Lore and IP for PVFD owned Metaheroes

The lore and IP for the Metahero Universe is sadly lacking. We own a large number of non-core Metaheroes. I propose that we engage writers, illustrators, and animators and pay them in $APE to develop stories, novels, comics, merch, and more around these heroes and villains. We could use a Jenkins-the-valet style of holder voting to let the community be a part of deciding on the story lines.
