Move 3 Bored Apes To New Wallet, Drink Serum, Collect $APE & Return To Multisig

We were unable to create Mutants from the 3 BAYC + M1 Serums due to issues with doing it from a multi-sig.
This proposal is to send our 3 BAYC & 3 M1 Serums to a trustworthy member of the current board in a new wallet. The member would mutate the Apes, collect the $APE coins and then return the 3 BAYC, 3 MAYC, and all of the $APE coins back to the PVFD vault.
A “YES” vote, is a vote to approve the measure.
