PVFD Rage Quit Proposal

I propose that PVFD members who are unhappy with PVFD be allowed to ‘Rage Quit’ wherein FoundersDao vault will purchase their PVFD tokens for 3% above the current floor. Those bought tokens will be held for one year by FoundersDao vault and then sold at 3% of that floor.
I have submitted an almost identical proposal to UpDAO since it makes sense that both options should be available.
