This proposal is requesting that PVFD take the single action of voting “Yes” with its Planet Tokens on the multi-sig wallet on the following UPDAO proposal:
“Create structure and processes before funding grants with UPDAO Treasury”
"Create a temporary embargo of no more than 90 days from the time this proposal is voted through, that prevents approval for any proposal requesting grants or funding for IP development until the UPDAO Manager and Comms committee are in place and ready to execute. "
