FIP-35: Rewards for mUSD Feeder Pool
Summary
Add a TribalChief reward stream for mUSD feeder pool of 100AP. These AP can be new, or come from FEI-3Crv or FEI-TRIBE LP.

Voting Rules
This is a binding vote authorizing Optimistic Approval to act on behalf of TRIBE holders. Voting will last from 1pm PT on Oct 24 to 1pm PT on Oct 26. It is an approval style vote with the most approved option being the winner:
- 100 AP new for mUSD feeder
- 100 AP from FEI-3Crv for mUSD feeder
- 100 AP from FEI-TRIBE LP for mUSD feeder
- Do not incentivize
If “do not incentivize” receives more than 50% approval, the proposal will not move forward.
