Summary:
- Fund FEI and TRIBE token timelocks to allow @eswak to onboard 2 devs for the DAO
- All funds remain as much on-chain as possible
- All expenses publicly reported to the DAO (you’re the boss!)
Budget:
- 80-120k FEI/year +20k buffer for expenses, per dev
- 500k TRIBE vesting over 4 years, per dev
Specification:
- Fund a LinearTokenTimelock with 1.12M FEI over 4 years
- Fund a QuadraticTokenTimelock with 1M TRIBE over 4 years with 1 year cliff
- All timelocks can be clawed back by the DAO
