TIP-111: Increase FEI Stable Backing to 90-100%
This snapshot vote is following numerous discussions on the Fei forums over the last month to increase the Stable Backing (% of stable assets in the PCV) of the FEI stablecoin.

This Snapshot will be used to gauge the stakeholder’s sentiment about bringing the stable backing of FEI to 90-100% over the next 2 weeks, through a combination of Guardian and Tribal Council actions, by selling large amounts of ETH from the PCV to DAI.
This is NOT a binding vote, the execution will have to be approved by Tribal Council and Guardian multisig signers, but this Snapshot will be used to gauge the sentiment of a larger audience (and if it is positive, the Tribal Council and Guardian can take action with less risk to be contested).
