Summary
This proposal will focus specifically on the ways FEI protocol can become more resilient such as increasing stable backing and contracting FEI supply

Increase Stable backing
- Sell all DPI to DAI
- Sell all CREAM to ETH (because this is the only available market)
- Petition Frax to OTC 30m FEI for 30m FRAX to increase stable backing.
- Sell 20m LUSD into DAI
Contract FEI supply
- Withdraw 30m from d3
- Withdraw 3m from Compound
- Withdraw 6m FEI from Aave
- Withdraw FEI from float, troopers Garage, NFTX, and barnbridge Fuse pools (~500k combined).
