Summary
Move all the protocol-controlled FEI-ETH liquidity (~41300 ETH) out of Uniswap-v2, over to a Balancer weighted pool with 70% WETH and 30% FEI.
Specification
Move 20,000 ETH immediately, and the remaining ETH one week after proposal execution. Initial swap fees will be 0.3%, like Uniswap, changeable by the DAO and OA multisig if needed.
