It is proposed that Fat Cats officially endorse the derivative being created by one of our mentors, CalebNachtigall.
The project will be having fun with the Goblin Town meta (see sample below). It will be an cc0 arts (collective commons IP rights) & vibe project with no planned utility other than to allow the holders access to our server. The DAO can vote to implement utility at any time should we so desire.
It will be a free mint. The royalties will be set initially at 2.5% and 50% will go to the DAO treasury and 50% to the artist Caleb. The initial costs, which are minimal, will be shared between the artist & Dylan and they will be reimbursed before any royalties are sent to the DAO.
Fat Cats holders will be whitelisted and will be able to mint before the public sale.
Why are we doing this? Fat Cats take’s it’s branding very seriously and being part of as many news cycles as possibly is extremely important to us. Projects that have many derivatives of them tend to quickly become solidified in the minds of the NFT world. The current meta gives us a rare opportunity to earn more funds for our DAO, have a good laugh at the space and extend our brand influence & awareness.
