Enabling of distributions

We propose that at random intervals, a snapshot of Aurion token holders be taken, followed by a month-long claim process to distribute funds at the council’s discretion. Unclaimed gains will be reabsorbed into the treasury. The Aurion token will serve as our primary asset, with all core ecosystem utility tied to it.
