Vote to reelect Parker to the Council of Claw

According to our bylaws in the case where no council seat is readily available i.e. all of the current councilors wish to retain their seat. The councilor who was elected first comes up for reelection first. In the case where multiple councilors were elected at the same time the councilor who received the most votes will come up for reelection first.
Should Parker not receive a majority of the vote then a general reelection process will take place.
