As a follow-up to XIP 10 (Hiring a Dedicated CMO) - this proposal puts forward Paff for the ExpansionPunks CMO Role.

Motivation
XIP 10 to hire a dedicated CMO was passed by the community (with 98% of vote in favor) on June 17th. In the weeks following passing, we received a number of applications for the role. There was one candidate that stood out in particular - one of our very own Amber Ambassadors: Paff

This proposal is simply a vote (Yes/No) to confirm the candidate.
