EIPandas revenue split proposal
EIPandas is an NFT project to celebrate the merge that has been in the works by danksharting for months now. See the merge pandas thread in discord for more details. The mint isn’t free, but it’s minimally priced at 0.003675 eth ($5.50) with a 5875 supply, and the people who will be in the whitelist for mint are EVM holders, Beacon Chain Genesis Depositor POAP holders, etc. (more info in merge pandas channel).
This proposal is an official proposal to confirm if EVMavericks are good with the following:
Mint revenue gets split 50/50 - half to the DAO and half to Pandas International to adopt our very own panda + compensation for danksharting. So, the DAO would get 10.25 eth from mint, and at current eth prices, a ~6.3 eth donation to Pandas International, and roughly ~4 to Danksharting for cost/time reimbursement. Note, the donation to Pandas International will target $10k USD to cover the cost and care of a panda for one year, so Danksharting will get the remainder after the $10k is donated (could be more or less, he is willing to bet on the merge!).
Royalty revenue (7.5% per sale) goes 100% to the DAO minus Autominter’s cut (0.375%), so the DAO would receive 7.125% of NFT value per sale.

The deadline is short because the Merge is on the horizon and there’s still lots of work to do.
