Dopewars

I propose cancelling the funds for DIP-72 ETH Global Tokyo as I have come to realize that the event was not the ideal platform to promote our Dopewars project. As it was primarily a hackathon for developers to showcase their skills and win prizes, many attendees were preoccupied with their own projects and not open to discussions about Dopewars. To avoid any perception of shilling, I refrained from approaching attendees during the event and instead ventured to hip hop clubs and venues with traditional web2 games. There, I engaged with regular people, gave away Dopewars merchandise, and captured great footage and interest. However, as it was not quite how I anticipated I believe it should not be charged to the DAO. By proposing the cancellation of these funds, I hope to ensure a clear record of my decision and prevent any future misunderstandings about fund allocation. Our time in Tokyo was still productive, and the footage we captured can be put to good use for marketing purposes
