Summary
This proposal seeks to engage Oray Studios for the creation of animation sprites for the Dope Wars item set.
Background
MrFax has made us dope pixel art. In order to use it in games, i.e. WORLDWIDE WEBB, we require animation sprites.
An example of which is provided below:
Proposal
Allocate $12,800 (~2.85 ETH) of the development fund toward the generation of animation sprites. A full breakdown of the estimate is provided below.
