GM DOPE DAO Six months have passed and it is time to vote again on DopeLabs Membership. Below you will see the Job Descriptions with some small adjustments. The first adjustment I propose is the removal of the Job Description of Project Manager in the Engineer Cell. Despite best intentions for this role, it has been evident that it is not a realistic, useful or indeed used role for DOPE DAO. The Decentralised and Autonomous nature of the project means that the overall strategy of the DAO is determined by the DAO itself through the Decentralised Protocols we have in place. Yes this make things challenging, but this is how it is and part of what makes DopeWars unique. I propose that instead we establish a role of ‘Paper Don’ to sit within the Protocol Cell to take care of matters Treasury/Liquidity related. See below Job description. The second adjustment is a proposed change in Pay Scales to bring members to parity, and a slight change within the Diffusion Cell & Protocol Cell. The Diffusion Cell is changed to create three equal positions that can work as a team. The nature of the Diffusion Cell tasks are the most relentless and continuous. Through all times the Diffusion Cell needs to continue the promotion of DopeWars. It will make it more manageable/sustainable for the cell to have a team that can work around the clock. This helps to account for different time zones as well. RichBlck has developed immensely over the last 6 months and mrfax has proven his worth. Sal Paradise (jamvb) will join the effort in the Protocol Cell. It’s great to see more Members looking to contribute to the DAO in a meaningful way. We have made great progress over the last 6 months, now it’s time to step on the gas.
OPERATIONS CORE UNIT OPERATIONS MANAGER – SPRTN Pay Scale: $50 p/h Responsibilities: • Management support of collaboration platforms Notion and Discord (roles, access, channels, pages etc.) Ownership of the Discord Community Communication Platform Server until such time that the DAO tools exist to make DAO ownership possible. • Tracking of DIP deliverables for payment milestones and acceptance criteria. • Tracking of meeting action items and updates. • Community updates on DIP tasks, meetings and other general operations information. • Oversight of DOPELABS work responsibilities, submission of billable hours and release of payment for hours worked. OPERATIONS CAPO – SLASHER Pay Scale: $50 p/h Responsibilities: • Tracking of meeting action items and updates. • Minutes for Official DOPE DAO meetings. • Accounting of treasury, expenditures and revenue. • Community updates on DIP tasks, meetings and other general operations information. • Research and Development that relates to Operations. ENGINEER CORE UNIT DEV DON – Bort Pay Scale: $50 • Website / infrastructure maintenance & smart contract code review. • Oversight GITHUB, code review.
DIFFUSION CORE UNIT PROPAGANDA OFFICER – CYBERBITZ Pay Scale: $50 p/h • Collaborations with other projects. • Public Branding. • Develop marketing strategy. • Regular Twitter releases. Ownership of the DOPEWARS Twitter account until such time as DAO tools are available to enable DAO owned Twitter. • Instagram releases (once account established). • Community engagements on Social Media and Community Communications Platforms. • Create engaging and informative content. • Create marketing material needed by the DAO. • Develop creative ways to help promote DOPEWARS.
PROPAGANDA OFFICER – RICHBLCK Pay Scale: $50 p/h Responsibilities: • Collaborations with other projects. • Public Branding. • Develop marketing strategy. • Regular Twitter releases. • Instagram releases (once account established). • Create engaging and informative content. • Create marketing material needed by the DAO. • Develop creative ways to help promote DOPEWARS. PROTOCOL CORE UNIT CONSIGLIERE - Taniela.Taki Pay Scale: $50 p/h Responsibilities: • Conduit between DOPE DAO and MIDAO Marshall Islands. • Ensure DAO Protocols established in the OPERATING AGREEMENT are being adhered to. Monitor alignment with our actions as a DAO and our status as a Not For Profit LLC. • Conduit between the DOPE DAO and Legal Counsel and; or legal documents. Work to help triage legal matters in order to discern levels of importance and urgency so as to most efficiently engage Legal Counsel. • Proposal review. • Research and direction to help keep DOPE DAO legitimate and above board. PROTOCOL CAPO – Sal Paradise (jamvb) Pay Scale: $50 p/h Responsibility: • Protocol research and development. • Ensure DAO Protocols established in the OPERATING AGREEMENT are being adhered to.
