Below is a proposal for renumeration of past work/effort on my part for the DAO

I’ve tried to capture some notable tasks over the course of my contribution and the general admin work

Feburary 2022 - 5 hours

• Added as an admin in DopeWars TG to setup and maintain Rosebot
• Initial setup and configuration of the welcome messages with custom links and images. Updates to the message as community feedback was given
• Configuration of other Rosebot features, Flood control, blocked commands, blocked file types, cleanup service for welcome messages
• Configuration of fileters for auto reply to specific words or queries from community members. (/contract, /website etc)

April 2022 - 2 hours

• TG Bot attack response and remediation
• Channel muted and locked down for the duration of the attack
• Cleanup of +3k bot accounts
• Installed and configured CalsiBot to add more security
• Setup of the DopeWars Verification Portal which links to the private DW TG

September 2022 - 8 hours

• Added as an admin to discord for ongoing community support
• Created a new Proposal channel as forum based instead of chat based and created tags to allow for posts to be categoriezed
• Copied all proposals from Notion/Snapshot/Tally to the Proposal channel to provide another area to view current and previous proposals. Ensured they had the correct DIP number assigned
• Created a new Support channel as forum based instead of chat based created tags to allow for posts to be categoriezed

December 2022 - 8 hours

• Updated all proposals in Notion by added the associated snapshot and tally links, adding tags for snapshot or tally for easier filtering
• Added DIP number column to allow for ascending or descending order of proposals
• Update the status of all proposals where required to track those still in progress, completed or in draft

Feburary-June 2022 - 5months x 5hours p/m = 25 hours

• Modding of the DopeWars telegram channel. Member quieres, project updates, fudder keeper-awayer

June 2022-Jan2023 - 8months x 5hours p/m = 40 hours

• Discord modding and support. Member queries and project updates as required
• General crew support and advice, meetings and workshops for development activities
• Operating Agreement review and comments

Total hours - 88 @ $30 p/h Total USD - $2640 Happy for payment in paper
