Overview

DIP-23 will fund the completion of map assets for the minimum-viable Dope Wars game world + level and game design.

The proposal will be for approximately a month of work which will include delivery of assets listed below and level + game design. During this period of time, HPMNK will have 100% commitment to the project on a full time schedule to complete the initiatives detailed below and deliver the assets. Evaluations will be made during this month and the list for DIP-23-B, which is a future part 2 of this proposal, will be finalized towards the end of the month. DIP-23-B will include the finishing touches to finalize and polish the map with animations. We will time DIP-23-B completion and MVP release with respect to timelines of other major releases.

Timeline

It’s expected that all first-draft versions of deliverables specified below will be complete within 31 days after successful adoption of this proposal.

More assets and details to the current map will add an unrivaled level of quality to the minimum viable Dope Wars game world.

MVP Level and Game Design

Level Design Creation + Tools Research

• Creation of different layouts for the MVP version
• QA on graphic implementation : Offered in the level design creation price
• Daily maintenance on asset retakes

Evaluation

• 4 days of work for level creation(2 days on level design tool research and test, 2 days on several layout creation for first MVP) - 500$ daily rate : 2000$

• Retakes will not totalize more than 2 days : 1000$

• TOTAL : $3000

• Game Design support

• Help for Core Gameplay features and specs

• Help for Mini Games idea features and specs

• QA on the MVP version

• Gather feedbacks and ideas in documents to establish the first bits of Game Design Document

Evaluation

• Part Time support on the discord channel for the entire month.
• 20h/week for a total of 4.3X20h=86h/month counted at a 60$/h rate : 86X60 = $5160

Payment Structure & Terms

Payment will be rendered in parts via future payment proposals. The Sponsors of this proposal are allowed to request up to 3 changes per deliverable before accepting it as complete.

HPMNK and Sponsors must submit an invoice in Discord to the #dev-fund channel before payment is rendered.
