DIP42_MapInteriors + Quests + Turf Preparation

Overview DIP42 will fund the creation of interiors for the current building of the map and will be executed by HPMNK, who has been doing the whole Dope Wars Map since December. MrFax will take care of the NPCs and NPCs animations, as he always has done for the previous dope wars sprites. The objective here is to do add a new layer of narration to allow quests to emerge from it.

Timeline It’s expected that all first-draft versions of deliverables specified below will be completed within 31-days after successful adoption of this proposal. This proposal is planned for a period of 3 months from May 2022 - July 2022

Estimation of the time : 17 Buff and Items icons - Around 4 per day : 5 days : 5 X 500 = $2500 (MRFAX) 17 NPCS + Animations - Around 3-4 NPCS per day : 6 days = 6x500 = $3000 UI ID Card : 1 Day : $500 15 days of work at a rate of 500$/day ($71/hour for an average of 7 h per day of work) 11X500 = $6000 over a 3 month period

Estimation of the time: 8 interiors : Around 3-6 days per interior (an interior like Jamingo takes 5-6 days, and a small interior like the bar take 3 days) = 24-48 days at a rate of $500/day ($71/hour for an average of 7 h per day of work) 24 X 500 = $12000 - 48 X 500 = $24000 Budget: range between $12000 - $20000 over a 3 month period.

Main3 : Game Design Assistance (Off-Spec - Game Design) Help Larko (Lead Dev of Dope game) for • game dev choices (code logic) • implementation of new features (UI mock-ups, LDTK work) • connect between Writer and Developer to create the firsts quests Estimation of the time: Around 5 hours per week, for a period of 60-90 days 60/7 = 8.5 days // 90/7 = 13 days at a rate of $500/day ($71/hour for an average of 7 h per day of work) 8.5 X 500 = 4250 / 13 X 500 = 6500 Budget: Range between $4250-6500 over a 3 month period. Budget Min : 11 days + 24 days + 8.5 days = 43.5 days (around 2 month period) = 21750 $ Max : 11 days + 48 days + 13 days = 72 days (around 3 month period) = 36 000 $

Turf NFT Building designs ****: (Main Spec - Pixel Art) We still have to determine; “Is Turf a whole district with several house, a whole land, OR, an apt ownership?

If we push the private apt ownership idea: Do research for the appearances of the building planned as Turf NFT. 2 choices here: A - Create only 4 model (small, medium, large, huge) - Around 5 days of work B - Create variations for each of these 4 models (colour, bricks, elements on roofs, graffiti’s) to randomize thousands of NFTs - Around 7-8 days of work
  1. We create the ownership Land idea. Takes a lot more time but it’s also very interesting as it is complex. Here’s an example of the logical we can use. The idea of these districts is to allow players to gather into small communities and have their own place into the Metaverse to invite people to.

Turf Whitepaper graphic design and UI: (Main Spec - Pixel Art) After our Turf NFT appearance is settled, we have to create a cool whitepaper to attract new people into the dope community. With HPMNK’s experience in Indesign, the idea would be to have a sexy document. • UI Frames and Fonts - 1 day of work • Layout work - 1-2 day of work
