With the preliminary scoping and debate complete, this vote is to asses DOPE DAO’s interest in utilising Arrakis to help create healthy liquidity for $Paper to make it a viable utility token that people can access without creating massive distortion on price impact etc.

Time for a shout out to Mr Pink for some heavy lifting in this space!

There are many variations of how exactly an Arrakis setup would look. This presents difficulty when trying to obtain accurate community consensus via our DOPE DAO voting mechanisms. We are also waiting for some feedback from Arrakis that pertains to some specific recommendations. In the meantime I believe we can work toward stripping away some options that are at a fundamental level. That way we can begin to narrow our focus as we wait, as well as ensure that we are getting voting data that speaks to the true intention of the DAO.

For the purpose of this vote, all Yes votes (Options 2, 3 & 4) shall be viewed as YES votes for working with Arrakis providing Liquidity wherever the DAO deems fit. We can imagine a scenario where 60% of the vote is spread across YES options 2, 3 & 4 with option 1 (NAH) having a 40% majority. As well as an instance of a voter for whom the only suitable choice would be liquidity on a particular layer. This is why option 5, to ABSTAIN, is present.
