THE HUSTLERS CODE & THE HITMANS CREED

As a small tight-knit community we cannot afford to have negative vibes or misinformation circulating around at the detriment of the effort necessary to make this community and ecosystem thrive.

THE HUSTLERS CODE:

1. Don’t hate the Player — DOPEWARS is an open forum ecosystem, if you dislike something don’t just complain from behind your keyboard. Do something.
2. Never go against the DOPE FAMILY — Fair criticism and reasonable discussion is fine but outright continuous FUD is outlawed. Have some loyalty, love it or leave it.
3. Respect the Hustle, but respect the GM – ‘nuff said.
4. History stays where it should. — The history of the Hustle may have been grimey and many will not know the whole story. We must learn from mistakes but a hustler looks to the future and doesn’t dwell on the past.
5. Reputation; All you have in this world is your word and your digi-balls, don’t break ‘em for nobody — In this high trust, limited accountability environment your word is your bond, if you say you are going to do something, do it.
6. Don’t get high off your own supply — One DOPE equals ONE vote, all hustlers deserve to be heard.
7. Pay your Pizzo — 5% to the DAO.

THE HITMANS CREED: Born from the Hustle, I am a soldier of the MURDERVERSE. I am loyal to the needs of my fellow HUSTLERS. I embody the Spirit of GM. I am committed to providing a SAFU and INCLUSIVE environment that fosters creativity and team work. With professionalism I serve to enhance and protect DOPEWARS’ fine reputation. I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy this DOPE NATION. And you will know I am the HITMAN when I lay my vengeance upon you.

I propose that we adopt this Code of Conduct for DOPEDAO Members and appoint two Moderators (HITMEN), SPRTN and SLASHER. A HITMAN would be responsible for accurate communications in the form of small regular updates from the Contributors out to community, and responsible for maintaining/enforcing the Code. This will ensure that the community stays informed with the status of the DAO in an accurate way. In line with the responsibility I propose that we pay each HITMAN 150k $PAPER per month for their work over a three month trial period.

As a show of good faith to the community I propose that we re-instate the Telegram chat which has been missed by a number of Hustlers as a low key place where they can hang out and shoot the shit about DOPEWARS related stuff in a lighter hearted manner. I believe that if we address the issue of accurate communications and enforce the code then we will have solved the problem which led us to shutting down Telegram.
