This proposal will seek to implement DOPELABS as described in the Snapshot above and release 2 months worth of $Paper to fuel DOPELABS.

The average price of $Paper, since liquidity has been established, is 0.002040. For the 8 positions within DOPELABS the maximum total amount of hours billable, at the described rates, amounts to $22800 over 2 months. This equates to 11,176,470 $Paper.

Again, as the KYC’d Member I will recieve this $Paper and bridge it over to the Layer 2 Optimism Wallet for administration. The requirement to administer from Layer 2 is to avoid expensive Gas fees.

Of course any $Paper that is not billed against will remain in the Multisig and hold over for the next billing period. If the value of $Paper drops below the average we have used now, then we can address this next month. We are starting with small steps at the moment but we can look at methods to expediate this process in the future with perhaps larger more infrequent bridging options.
