DIP-57 DOPE DAO KYC Proposal

It’s getting close to completion for the Registration of DOPEDAO as a Not For Profit Limited Liability Company in the Marshall Islands.
There is one large hurdle we have to jump which is that of the KYC issue. Detailed discussion with MIDAO, who are the representatives between us and the Government Official, has highlighted the specific requirements for who should KYC to ensure a successful application.
For the Officials, Attorney General etc. it’s an assessment of the legitimacy of the person KYCing as being a Core or Foundation member.
So the Marshall Islands Government requires the personal details, address, passport etc. of one Founding Member. The rest of the DAO can stay completely anonymous.
Taniela.Taki has put himself forward as an option and the Crew believe he is the best choice for this position. He has been a Core Member from the beginning, lives in a suitable jurisdiction and has been driving the Legal Foundation Development which will aid in the legitimacy of his KYC position. However, there is a cost to set this up correctly in order to fulfill this function of being the DOPEDAO human sacrifice.
This proposal is to authorize the release of 8.5 ETH. These costs will go toward ensuring that the application proceeds in a manner that is fair and effective.
