DIP-61 has already passed a snapshot vote, and is explained in detail at this notion link
This on-chain proposal is intended to facilitate the transfer of tokens to a clean dev wallet that will not be touched until each milestone in the proposal is reached.
At the time of writing this proposal, the tokens to be transferred are
- $15,000 equivalent OP tokens at a rate of $2.8 per OP (5357)
- $15,000 equivalent PAPER tokens at a rate of 0.0015 per PAPER (10M)
What happens with the tokens
- OP will be sent on L2 from multisig
- OP will be stabled to capture the value
- PAPER will be held
