With DIP-97 now passed Snapshot and awaiting Tally this proposal seeks to address the issue of the Marketing Multi-Sig.

The Multi-Sig currently holds 13.16M $Paper. This was released for the purpose of supporting Dojo Game Jams under previous DIP.

I propose that:

1. 3M Paper remain in the Multi-Sig for use to continue supporting any Dojo Games Jams as required.
2. 3M Paper is repurposed to support the release of DopeWars.game as it is launched to mainnet and effort is made to build a player base over the next months.
3. The remaining 7.16M is returned to treasury.

What: Our goal is to reduce DAO operational overheads and progress towards a structure that takes care of the minimum viable Critical DAO Operational Activity (CDOA) required for Dope DAO to exist.

Why: The DAO should exist as a Schelling Point. We should aim for the majority of activity that takes place in our ecosystem, Dope World, to be conducted by the community itself on an alignment and proposal basis. This is the goal - to create a participant led builders environment. The DAO exists as a skeleton type framework that supports development and growth of Dope World. Essentially a treasury, governance mechanism, communication & collaboration platforms within an entity that wraps it up and enables it to operate commercially. Dope Labs serves as a pea brain for this skeleton entity that performs the human based CDOA required for existence.

How: The bare bones CDOA’s for Dope DAO NFP LLC are:

• Legal compliance - Annual returns, meeting minutes.
• Administration of DAO governance & communication / collaboration platforms.
• Administration of DAO Multi-sigs
• Management of DAO owned liquidity
• Payroll, payment and oversight of funds according to deliverables.

Who: This proposal seeks to authorize the reinstatement of: Taniela / Spartan / Cyber / Bort / Mazzi / Sal Paradise to continue to perform these functions for a further 6 month period beginning November 24 through to April end. The billable workable rate no change, but hours shall be reduced and not exceed 40hrs per month. The reality will be much less and as always records and ledgers shall be maintained on a transparent platform as before.
