Rationale: The creation and launch of the Doodles derivative “Noodles” to promote our objectives: Embodying inclusivity, Funding the Doodlebank Treasury, Creating a Doodles Companion.

Timeline: In the case we meet minimum quorum and receive majority vote, definite project timeline will be determined upon receiving a Final Proposal from the Founders for any adjustments or changes required of “Noodles” project. Current completion with current assets (estimates in %): Art – 80% Website – 85% Smart Contract – 75% Launch Plan – 30% Community & Marketing – 10% Rough projection of time required: (1-3 weeks)

Goal: Create our community of 6,000 Noodles, with 15-20% free mints (-gas) reserved for Doodlers. Raise 20% of initial mint revenue for Doodlebank. Set the precedent in which derivatives should be created and the manner that they are perceived in.

Cost: (+) Net Positive for Doodlebank

Accountability: Ethan is responsible for the organization of community, Justin is responsible for back-end and smart contract security, Fidel is responsible for front-end website development with integration for smart contract mint functionality. Revenue earned from the project will be secured and managed with a hardware wallet to secure the seed phrase. Payments to the Doodlebank will be hard coded in the smart contract to ensure the safety of funds.
