Proposal:

Rationale:

Expands TGID into a community-led media powerhouse, spotlighting community creators, community leaders, community activities, and aggregating official Doodles content.

• Weekly fully animated news show
• Increased written content, newsletters & articles
• Awards Show & Talk Show 62ETH ask to fund our 4 person team for 6 months.

Our Plan:

Animated content

🎥The TGID News Show

• 15 to 20 minute newscast covering both community and official stories.
• Topics including: Lore + Artwork, Memes + Derivatives, Community Sentiment, IRL Community Meetups, Trait Sub-communities, and Team Updates.
• Frequency: Weekly

🏆 The Doodies Awards Show

• 5 to 15 minute community awards ceremony, including winners fully-rigged animated Doodles accepting the awards and giving acceptance speeches.
• Frequency: Quarterly

🌙 The Dood Show

• A 45 minute, late night interview style show, to provide a deeper dive into a particular Doodles subject or guest.
• Frequency: Once every four to six weeks

📝Written content

• We will continue to publish our weekly newsletter, The TGIDigest, as well as write an additional 2 articles a week. New articles will expand on Doodles community topics that we normally briefly summarize.
• Additional articles empower us to profile community members and their pursuits in a way that we currently cannot. This is a fulfillment of our mission to shine a rainbow and tell the stories of our Doodles.

🔍Accountability and Timeline

• Upon passing, all ETH will be converted to USDC for stability.
• Payments will be disbursed by Mushy in a vested release.
• An initial payout of 25% will provide us with 1.5 months operating runway and be sent upon passing of quorum.
• A second payout of 25% will provide us with the next 1.5 months operating runway after 25% of deliverables have been produced.
• We will then have the remaining 50% disbursed once we have published 50% of our deliverables. (24 articles, 12 newsletters, 12 news episodes, 3 dood shows, 1 doodies)

🎯Goal

Empower the four-man team of TGID to expand the current social media presence by the community into a more established social news presence that incorporates multiple avenues and even more community aspects.
