Background – Governance Rewards rates are set every 5 weeks and the next cycle begins October 5th.
Proposal – 10/5 - 11/9, set Governance rewards to 600 $DG/week.
Rationale – Expected APY at ~14% + ability to vote in the DAO is sufficient to incentivize governance staking $DG. Reducing inflation is good for holders of $DG and we’ve been at 800/week since March 22nd (with one exception: a single cycle at 1,200/week).
