Increase the minimum for first time ICE claimers.
Proposal: Increase the minimum ICE to claim to 5,000 ICE for first time claimers. The current minimum of 2,000 ICE would apply after your initial claim.
Rationale: The ICE poker ecosystem is still facing a problem of cheaters leeching ICE from foul play, and it is a difficult task to continue banning wave after wave of the same players, constantly making new accounts.
Increasing the minimum ICE claimed for FIRST TIME claimers will make it more difficult for these bad actors to continue extracting value from the ecosystem, while still remaining a completely attainable goal for new ICE poker players.
