Proposal
To clarify the prior proposal, give team discretion to adjust collateral and debt to avoid liquidation (death).
Rationale
It is important to avoid liquidation because we end up liquidated not when assets = debt, but 10-15% before that, resulting in a capital loss. Liquidation should be avoided at all costs because it’s not only deadly but also costly.
