Minimum of 2k in order to claim ice.
Idea: The idea is that one individual would need a minimum of 2k ice before it can be claimed. This would help alot against bad actors that are swapping address after getting banned.

1.it will be mini holding system and win the time avg 8-10 days from it to increase ice value and i hope this period will be enough for dg markeplace in ice or tournamenta or guilds…
2.nowdays almost everyone is claiming and exchanging ice daily,it is decreasing ice value and also players wont have ices to spent for upgrading or something else,when they have at least 2000 ice maybe than they will think about upgrading as well.
3.dg team will have more time to catch cheaters and we will save thousands ices.
4.it will increase demand for wearables.if player has for example 1500 ices he cant claim till 2000 so he will try to get delegated or buy item with more motivation
5.if player has 5 items and want to claim an change ices daily he will have additional motivation to play 5 items as a multiple-items with one adress.
