Increase minimum amount of xDG holdings to engage on governance channel
Background
Over the last months we have been observing a lot of fud happening on the governance channel, this is mainly because the people engaging on that channel, doesnt necesarily have a lot of skin on the game (Holding xDG) and are rather expresing their own self-interest opinions rather than what is best for the entire ecosystem. This has lead on many occasions to discard ideas which were on the best interest for the project but not on the best interest for rewards farmers.
Proposal
Increase the minimum threshold to engage on the governance channel to 100k xDG
Rationale
The governance channel mision is to debate which things are the ones that will make the project succeed, if this messages are poluted by people who not necesarily are in line with the interests of DG, that could be missed. People taking decisitions here are being held accountable for them since a bad decisition will result on their holdings being afected. We are not removing the rights for smaller holders to engage on voting, but we are limiting the amount of fud from people who are not in line with what is best for DG. As a similar example, on a company, small share-holders dont get the posibility to attend share holders meetings, they need to have a certain threshold, and the same should be applied here so only people with skin on the game can decide what is best for the project.
